Qualifications & experience
- Full working rights in Thailand.
- Fluent in Chinese, English and Thai, written and spoken.
- Service-minded with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or business administration is a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Translate our contents into Chinese and English.
- Ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for patients.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate clinic operations.
- Provide accurate information about our services.
- Monitor patient flow and wait times to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Manage calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including payment processing.
- Support office operations with additional tasks as needed.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage leave requests to ensure adequate coverage.
